Michael Craig-Martin RA talks about his series of wall drawings featuring instantly recognisable objects.

“I could make images that had enormous presence and almost no physicality”

To create these large-scale wall drawings of everyday items such as books, globes, and stepladders, Michael Craig-Martin RA projected the image onto the wall and traced it using tape.
