He was afraid that P.S. Courtauld would refuse, "he is devoted to 'modern' eccentricities". His kinsman, S.A. Courtauld of 8 Palace Green may help, though he is "tainted" with other tastes. Sigismund Goetze is very well-off and generous. He thinks they might ask Lord Northbourne, head of the Imperial Arts League.
