Regarding Mr. Humphry, for whom he is concerned. The bill should, when he receives it, lay out the terms of Humphry's claim. Mr Davies has provided an opinion that Humphry deserves recompense from Macpherson. Humphry claims compensation for loss of time, business and costs of materials. He thinks around 25000 to 30000 rupees fair.
