He regrets not meeting Humphry at the Exhibition, and forgot to tell him that he planned to visit from 8.30 until 12. He hopes, after hearing from Humphry, that the patronage now engaged on his case may prove fruitfull.
An accident has befallen his son and sea-bathing is recommended, and so they are going to the Isle of Wight.
