Sir William Rothenstein, Principal of the Royal College of Art, a deputation from the RA, including
Sir William Llewellyn,
Edwin Lutyens,
W. W. Russell and
William McMillan, and representatives from other institutions, the London County Council and the Board of Education. The conference discussed a proposal for the interchange of students and the need for a "first rate course of instruction" in mural education.
