He, along with everybody he knows, is full of sadness at the loss of Todd. He was a man of real integrity. Todd thought of himself as a lonely man in London, but everywhere he has left friends. He feels particularly indebted to Todd as it was by his single-handed efforts that Greenham was elected to the Academy.
