This is a second edition of Taylor's Dissertation which was first published in Amsterdam in 1790. It appeared in The Pamphleteer, a periodical edited and printed by Abraham John Valpy in London between 1813 and 1828, in volume 8, no. 15 [p. 33-66] and no. 16 [p. 455-486] for 1816.
