The first plate is signed by the engraver only, Renatus Lochonius. The other five are captioned as designed and painted by Polidoro da Caravaggio at Rome, and are signed as drawn by C. Errard and engraved by Renatus Lochonius.
Each carries Errard's imprint and the royal privilege.

Copy Note
At the end of the book is bound in a leaf of drawings, in ink and brown wash, unsigned; showing on one side a copy of one of Polidoro da Caravaggio's trophy designs, on the other a vase in classical style. That of the vase is inscribed in pencil, 'Mr Talman', and in ink, 'C18'.
