Summary Note
The part of the text that describes the tomb of the Nasonii was first issued in 1680 as Le pitture antiche del Sepolcro de' Nasonii nella Via Flaminia.
The plates show not only paintings but also stucchi, vases, lamps, sarcophagi, inscriptions, pavements, entrances and rooms.
An album of Bartoli's drawings of the tomb of the Nasonii was used by G. Turnbull for some plates in his A curious collection of ancient paintings (London, 1741), and is now in the Royal Collection at Windsor.

Recorded in RAA Library, Catalogue, 1802.
