At head of title: National Gallery.
At foot of title: N.B. These scraps, which may have been worth stooping for, were found at the foot of the fountains in Trafalgar Square, and must have been driven there by the late prevailing easterly winds. They all appear to bear upon one subject of great interest, and with this restoration, it is hoped there are many others yet in store.
