Summary Note
This is an account of the wall-paintings painted by Pinturicchio in the Baglioni chapel in the cathedral church of Santa Maria maggiore at Spello in Umbria in 1500. The subject of the paintings is the life of the Blessed Virgin and the young Christ.
The only illustration is a headpiece view of the ancient town-gate of Spello.
