This is a satire, in verse, upon the supporters of Queen Caroline; a retort to William Hone's Man in the moon. Illustrated with 13 unsigned wood-engravings illustrating political parodies after drawings attributed to I. R. Cruikshank (see B.M. Political satire 13649-13660). Includes one page of booksellers' advertisements (p. [4]). Printer statement on verso of title-page and foot of p. 28: 'W. Shackell, Printer, Johnson's-court, Fleet-street, London.'
