Mrs Dawkins (c. 1846 - 1935)

Born Mary Hermione Callandar, daughter of the Scottish politician James Henry Callander. She married Charles Sartoris around 1826 and they lived at Wilcote House near Charlbury in Oxfordshire. Mr Sartoris died in Switzerland in 1884. Mary remarried two years later George Henry Dawkins of Over Norton Park in Oxfordshire. They continued to live at Wilcote.
