Lady Gertrude Helena Bone (born Gertrude Helena Dodd, 1876–1962) was a British writer of three novels, short stories, and several illustrated collections.
She was the younger sister to the artist Francis Dodd RA (1874-1949). Married to the artist Sir Muirhead Bone (1876-1953). Their son first son was the painter, writer, book illustrator and broadcaster Stephen Bone (1904-1958).
Gertrude Bone collaborated with her husband and her son Stephen for several books which combined writing and illustration. The book Of the Western Isles, which Stephen illustrated, won a gold medal at the 1925 Paris Universal Exhibition
