Content Description

Marked "private" and enclosing a transcript of a broadcast [by Harold Nicholson] including remarks relating to the Royal Academy. Reith states that most of the comments had gone into the Listener, but he had arranged to have the block scrapped, and all references to the RA removed. Reith adds an apology to the President, and invites Lamb to submit an official letter of reply, proposing ways in which to offset the effect of the remarks.
