Painter, draughstman, engraver. In 1740 A. Gosmond gave Louis XV three wash drawings. In 1741 he painted Temple of Glory for the dauphin, and in 1752 he produced sketches for allegorical medallions produced in honour of the king’s campaigns. In 1753 he gave the dauphine a medallion to celebrate the birth of the duke of Aquitaine. In 1755 he produced two grisaille paintings, Amour and Psyche, and an Allegory on the Graces.
